Taxonomy Tree

Draws an NCBI-taxonomy cladogram of the PlasticDB organisms you select: they are grouped by their taxonomic ranks (domain, phylum, class, order, family, genus), with a dot for each plastic each organism degrades. It is not a phylogenetic tree — no sequences are compared and there are no branch lengths. Placeholder entries (synthetic construct, uncultured or unidentified organisms, metagenomes) are left out. The result can be downloaded as Newick, SVG or PNG.
